Rug Care Guide

Your Looped & Lit rug is decorative fiber art — meant to be seen, loved, and felt, not heavily walked on.

To keep your rug looking beautiful for years:

Display intentionally — Avoid high-traffic areas like hallways, kitchens, and kids’ play zones.

Spot clean gently — Use a damp cloth with mild soap. Blot — don’t scrub — to avoid pulling fibers.

Keep away from claws & chewing — Pets think fluffy rugs are toys (we get it). Try to place rugs out of “pet danger zones.”

Avoid soaking — Water can loosen adhesive and backing. If it gets wet, let it fully air-dry.

Wall hanging friendly — Many customers choose hooks or rug hangers to display their pieces like artwork.

If something happens (spills, loose yarn, tiny damage), reach out.

I’m happy to help troubleshoot and — when possible — repair.
